I think we always felt that our best foot was being put forward -- we have had a ton of friends (even one who ended up not selling and needing to get a new agent the following year) whose agents were unsure of how to make their home sellable. During a weekend in January 2016, we visited a house in our neighborhood without really looking for a home. This house was a perfect fit for our family in term of size, location and price. We had to prepare an offer in 48h and were not very optimistic about our chance of success knowing that around 100 people visited the house during the weekend. Nevertheless, we decided to contact Max Dublin, recommended by two friends. Max listened carefully what we were looking for and was key in helping us putting together an offer.
